Do I need a Shopify store before the demo?
A development store is enough. We connect to a store you control so the run record you see is your own data, not a canned one.
What if my ERP or WMS is not on the connectors page?
Say so in the message. The connector SDK is how every connector was built, and knowing which systems are missing is what decides what gets built next.
Can I try it without a call?
Yes. Create an account, connect a store, and install a bundle from the dashboard. The demo is for reading a real run together, not for unlocking anything.
What happens to the details I submit?
They are stored so we can reply, readable only by the team, and your IP address is kept as a salted hash rather than in the clear. There is no mailing list to be added to.
