    Add your Shiptheory credentials

    Enter the email and password of your Shiptheory account. Bindato exchanges them for a short-lived bearer token on each call.

  2. 2

    Bindato tests the connection

    Bindato performs a real token login with the email and password you supplied, so the test proves the credentials rather than a cached session.

    Install a bundle or build a flow

    Pick a bundle that uses Shiptheory, connect the other system, and confirm its settings tab where it ships one. Or start a flow from one of the triggers listed above.

About Shiptheory

Why does Shiptheory have no triggers?
By design. Orders come from the Shopify connector, Bindato books the shipment in Shiptheory, then reads it back and writes tracking to Shopify through the Shopify connector's Create fulfillment action. Nothing needs to originate on the Shiptheory side.
Does Bindato choose the carrier?
No, unless a flow passes a specific delivery service id. Omitting it lets Shiptheory's rules engine assign the carrier and service, which is what the connector is scoped to rely on.
Is there a Shopify + Shiptheory bundle?
The connector is built and its bundle is listed as coming soon; its flow templates are not yet published.
