Connecting ShipStation

    Add your ShipStation credentials

    Paste the API key from your ShipStation account. It is sent as a request header on every call and stored encrypted.

    Bindato tests the connection

    Bindato lists the account's configured carriers over the v2 API and records how many are set up.

    Install a bundle or build a flow

    Pick a bundle that uses ShipStation, connect the other system, and confirm its settings tab where it ships one. Or start a flow from one of the triggers listed above.

About ShipStation

Are ShipStation webhooks verified?
ShipStation v2 does not sign webhook deliveries, so Bindato does not trust the payload. The Shipment tracked trigger re-fetches the shipment's tracking record before any step runs.
Can a flow buy a label?
Yes. Get shipping rates returns the carrier options and Create shipment label purchases one; both are actions any flow can call.
Is there a Shopify + ShipStation bundle?
The connector is built and its bundle is listed as coming soon; its flow templates are not yet published.
