Settings tab

Configured before it runs

A bundle with a settings schema is blocked until the merchant confirms it. This one has none, which is a decision recorded on the bundle, not a gap.

Shopify + NetSuite has no settings schema. A bundle without one needs no configuration before its flows run; anything to adjust is edited on the installed flow itself.

Questions

About Shopify + NetSuite

How quickly does a fulfillment reach Shopify?
NetSuite item fulfillments are polled every 10 minutes, because NetSuite has no general webhook for them without a customer-installed script. Each poll carries a cursor so a fulfillment is written once.
Which order fields are sent to NetSuite?
Customer email, currency, order total, line items and the Shopify order id as the external id. The mapping is visible and editable on the installed flow.
Are refunds included?
The NetSuite connector has a Create credit memo action for captured refunds. It is available to any flow; the published templates for this bundle cover orders, fulfillments and inventory.

Thirty minutes: connect both systems, confirm the settings tab, and watch the first order flow through in the run record.
